U-Boats

Nate Flood has been wowing us all with his spectacular World War II U-Boat MOCs for several years, and we are pleased that he will be attending World War Brick Minneapolis. Nate will have several large displays set up (the displays are so big we’re actually sending out the Brickmania van to help move them to the Toyworks!) and Weekend Pass holders will also be treated to a presentation on the design and construction techniques Nate uses in his amazing models.

Generals

Mosaic Build: Heroes of World War II
At World War Brick Minneapolis we’re going to build three portraits of important Allied leaders of World War II as mosaics built with LEGO bricks. This time we will be creating portraits of General Georgy Zhukov General Douglas MacArthur and General George S Patton. Each participant will be rewarded with one raffle ticket for one 10″x10″ section completed of the 30×40″ finished mosaic. These mosaics will be displayed at Brickmania Toyworks and eventually form a touring collection of WW2 hero portraits. A Weekend Pass is required and advanced registration is recommended.

UTV

The event kit for World War Brick Minneapolis is the Black Ops UTV (Ultralight Tactical Vehicle) with two custom minifigs and serious BrickArms firepower. Once again it is a collaboration between Brickmania and BrickArms, with the addition of custom printed balaclava masked heads from Citizen Brick. The only way to get one of these awesome kits is to get a Weekend Pass for World War Brick. This kit is a $90 value (provided you could even buy the rare items) and it is included free in the goodie bags for all Weekend Pass holders.  Minneapolis is very close to selling out, but have no fear, because a similar kit is also in the works for Hartford.
